Legio Aurea Instrumentum Wacky Tool

Legio's Instrumentum tool is ideal for rigging softbaits wacky and neko style. Simply insert the lure into the tool, slide the O-ring band over the Instrumentum in to the lure, and insert the hook just under the black bend which prevents the hook from easily tearing out.
