There are many interesting products available on the market, yet the Mikado Bogey, in my opinion, beats them all with ease. Why is that? Well, because the designers applied an innovative solution while making it, that turned out to work great. Body of the lure is divided into two, metal pieces: upper, heavier head and lighter bottom with rubber strings and beads. While led carefully, Bogey attracts fish with the beads; what really makes them go bonkers is the split body of the lure, though. When guided skilfully and certainly, Bogey’s head separates from the lower part and then strikes back, generating a strong impulse that fish can sense. We noticed multiple times, that even the laziest fish, whenever the Bogey was guided properly, were eager to attack it wildly. As if it was not enough, our Bogey was armed with the BKK Raptor-Z treble hooks – what a deadly combination… Available weights: 100, 140, 180, 250 g.
